CANCELLATION PROTECTION & ACCIDENT INSURANCE

When you register, you can choose to add insurance from Startklar. You can choose between Startklar (155 SEK) or Startklar Plus (275 SEK). With Startklar, you get cancellation insurance for illness, injury, or pregnancy with a doctor’s certificate or equivalent, and it covers all events in Sweden for 1 year. With Startklar Plus, you are also insured during training. More information: Startklar >>

Can I cancel the experience?

If you take out cancellation protection and accident insurance, you can cancel due to illness, injury, or pregnancy with a doctor’s certificate. A popular option is Startklar (155 SEK) or Startklar Puls (275 SEK), which covers all events in Sweden for 1 year. More information: Sign up for Startklar >>

If you need to activate your cancellation protection, you can report a claim in two ways:
1. By email to: skada@startklar.nu. Attach the receipt for the paid registration fee and the doctor’s certificate/equivalent.
2. By phone directly to Svedea at 0771-160 199. Mention that you have a Startklar insurance.

Can I sell/transfer my starting spot to someone else?

    Yes, that works perfectly!

You decide what price you want to sell your starting spot for and who will cover the service fee of 100 SEK. Feel free to post your starting spot in the High Coast Trail Runners on facebook >>. This is also where we refer people who are looking to buy tickets, so scroll down the feed – maybe someone is looking for a spot.

    1. Change participant
Go to your order confirmation/receipt and click ”change participant.” Replace your details with those of the person who is taking over your starting spot.

If you can’t find your digital receipt, you can get a new one by clicking here and entering the email address you provided when you booked your starting spot: Resend order confirmation >>

    2. Service fee
Since we need to make changes in our systems, there is a service fee of 100 SEK. You can transfer the fee via Swish to 1231073378, including both your name and the new participant’s name. Example:
(Your name) to (new participant’s name)

Can I postpone my starting spot to next year?

No. However, you can transfer/sell your starting spot to someone else or take out cancellation protection, which allows you to cancel in case of illness, injury, or pregnancy.

    Can I change distances?

Yes, you can switch between distances.

At check-in: Here, you can change to a shorter distance or switch between Classic, Extreme, and Insane.

During the experience: At the first shared energy station, you can choose to switch between Classic, Extreme, and Insane. However, during the race, you cannot switch between Twin Peaks and Three Peaks.
