RUNNING CAMP IN THE HIGH COAST
Whether you want to be extra prepared for the High Coast Winter Trail or simply experience more of the High Coast with like-minded people while improving your running, you’ll love the popular High Coast Trail Camps. These camps take place in May and October each year, and since we divide into three groups, the weekends are suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.
TRAIL-CAMP IN THE HIGH COAST

TRAIL-CAMP SPRING
Treat yourself to a pre-summer adventure in the High Coast.
TRAIL-CAMP AUTUMN
Experience the High Coast when the colors are at their most vibrant.
The High Coast Trail Camps are three days filled with incredible nature and great company, where everything is included – accommodation, food, running tips, and lectures – the wonderful atmosphere is created together.

EXPERIENCE THE HIGH COAST
We set out in three groups and enjoy the absolute highlights of the High Coast.

BECOME A BETTER RUNNER
We head out with two of Sweden’s most inspiring running profiles – Joel and David Backa, ambassadors for Icebug.

RELAXED HANGOUT
With FriluftsByn as our base, there’s plenty of space for relaxed hangouts with like-minded individuals.

FROM DREAM TO REALITY
Do you have a dream you want to make a reality? Don’t miss Jerry’s talk during the running camp.
High Coast Trail-Camp is a wonderful weekend where we mix nature experiences with lectures and relaxed hangouts. Some come alone, while others bring along partners or friends.

TIPS & TRICKS
Per from Haglöfs will be on-site to share tips about equipment.

TEST CLOTHING & SHOES
During the weekend, you will have the opportunity to borrow and try shoes from Icebug and L.I.M. clothing from Haglöfs.

RELAX
You can choose whether you want to participate in the lectures or relax between the experiences.

MEET LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE
Some are experienced, others are beginners. Sometimes you’ll meet again at future races or at the next camp.
When we experience the World Heritage site, we head out together but sometimes split into three groups, meeting up occasionally throughout the day. This way, you can switch groups depending on how you’re feeling at the moment. After all, you should have time to enjoy the views as well!
